Do you have insurance?
Yes we are licensed, bonded and fully insured.
Do I need to be home when you clean?
You can be home if you like, but most customers prefer to give us a key, or you can leave the key in a safe place. However, this is not a very secure system and we do not encourage it. Alarm systems need to be off, however if you are more comfortable with your alarm on, we can discuss details.
How will you get into my home?
For repeat customers, it's easiest if you provide us with a key to gain entry. All keys provided are kept in a safe. If keys are not provided, we can come up with a procedure that you are comfortable with.
How long does it take to clean my home?
Your home can take anywhere from 2 to 5 hours to clean a 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms home. However, time will vary depending on the condition and size of your home.
What do I have to do with my pets the day of the cleaning?
We will clean your home with pets inside. However, you need to keep your pets in a safe place due to safety reasons.
What type of supplies I need to have?
We provide all cleaning supplies. If you prefer to supply your own, please leave everything in a designated place.
Is your maid service guaranteed?
Welcome Home offers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee to all it`s clients. If you are not satisfied with our service, call us within 24 hours and we clean the problem area until you are 100% satisfied. We will not provide a refund
What happens if I need to change or cancel the scheduled cleaning?
Just give us a call or email 24 hours before your cleaning day. Failure to do so will result in a $20.00 fee.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or cheque which is to be made out to MELINDA ILLYES. We will look for it on your kitchen counter or table.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we do not have any contracts for you to sign.
What should we do to prepare before the house cleaners come?
It will take longer for the staff to clean if the house is not tidy or if we have to wash dishes, etc. Should we need to do tasks like dishes or tidying we may find the need to increase the cost of your cleaning.
